Important Information

Bookings are charged on a per person basis, regardless of room type.

Rates include a hot breakfast and 3 course dinner daily, except for Wednesday night.

All rooms are dual occupancy, with either a King or Queen bed, or 2 singles, except for two rooms which can accommodate an additional child

Bookings for only one person in a room are charged an additional single supplement fee, which will be levied by the Booking Officer and is due with the accommodation charges.

All rooms have an ensuite or private bathroom.

Discounts and Supplements

Infant & Child Discount

Infants

Babies and toddlers (4 years and under)
are AUD $60/day, in parents’ room

Children

Children (5-14) receive 20% discount*
on relevant rate

Single Supplement

Single Supplement*

AUD $100 per day

*Rooms are twin share, so a single supplement
will be charged separately if the booking is
for only single occupancy

Booking Terms and Conditions

Additional Booking Policies

We have multiple fixed stay options available which can be booked directly through our online system. For visits outside these, please contact the booking officer on 0411 209 492.

Bookings may be made for certain nights, as follows:

7 nights: Sunday to Sunday
5 nights: Sunday to Friday
4 nights: Sunday to Thursday
3 nights: Thursday to Sunday
2 nights: Friday to Sunday

Please note: Wednesday night is usually the Manager’s night off. Any change to that will be notified in the week prior to your booking.

Cancellations and Changes

Any cancellation, alteration or change to a booking will be subject to a $50 administration fee, and the following policy will apply to the remaining value of the whole booking or affected portion of the booking:

Aurora will refund your booking in full if cancelled more than 50 days prior to the start of the reservation
